All orders are fulfilled and delivered by WonderToys™️

The online order confirmation will include an estimated total. The total amount of your final order will be calculated and charged in the WonderToys™️ shop and will be depended on product availability and products’ exact weight (for the products that need weighting). 


Minimum Order Amount

There is no minimum order amount.   


Online Orders Processing & Delivery Time

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after the receipt of payment and you will receive your order on the requested day.

The order processing time is 24 hours depending on the volume of the order/s. For faster delivery please place your order early in the week.


Service costs

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order because we won’t be able to combine two or more different orders that have been placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each one of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we ensure you that special care is always taken to protect your order’s products in well wrapped and amply sized boxes.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted when: We sent you the wrong item by our fault The item you received was spoiled, damaged or in bad condition In order for the refund to be processed, we must receive the problematic item back: Call us right away (same day) with your order number to notify us and email us a picture of the wrong/damaged item. 

When Will My Order Arrive?

To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select.

Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

Note: usually has all the products in stock. However the company keeps the right to inform you, within 48 hrs, in case that the item you have chosen is out of stock. We will notify you how long it will take to get it back to stock and ask you if you want to wait and buy the product.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?

Unless you notify us by E-mail, multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.)

For orders outside of europe. applicable duty and taxes may be imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees to receive their shipment. Check with your local customs office for more information. Some countries will not allow food items, cosmetics, jewelry, or certain other goods to clear customs and your order may be delayed or returned if an item of this type is included in your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. We are also not responsible due to delays caused by customs and/or border control.
